I am obsessed..

with apples... or maybe the girl holding on to them..I can't get enough... My youngest daughter wanted me not to use pink and she said bright...so this is it!!! I have till tom to make the birthday card for my eldest and still don't know what to do...I have tonight to get it together....Keep your fingers crossed for me..please!!! We got lots of new stamps from Magnolia...oh ya I do mean lots...we are working on those to show off...I just have to say ...YIPPIE!!!! OH YA!!!

Sweet....Oh Yeah...

I have a couple of sweet cards for you today...A sweet boy and a sweet girl. They are for no reason whatsoever I think I am procrastinating... I still haven't figured out what I am doing for Ashleigh's birthday card and I am starting to get worried good thing I work well under pressure... right?? P.S. Kathy and Michelle have had theirs done for a few days...AAAHHH....

Her birthday is on Fri and I have no idea what to make for her...

my mother in law...

Every time I make a "shoe" card I think about my Mother in Law...She loves shoes....I think she has a billion pair...you might think I am kidding...but no! I knew when I bought this set it would be her favorite set I have. I like it as well, and I just love making cards out of them. Here are a few of my newest shoe cards to add to her collection. Pretty in pink...

My big girl is turning 12 at the end of this next week. She has decided to have a smaller birthday this year for her friends..last year we have 16 girls...this year we have managed to cut it down to 6...not bad right?? We are going out to dinner then back for a sleepover...movies and popcorn...sounds like it will be fun!! Her friends are all very nice girls so it will be fun having them over....This is her invite to give to them....

Here are the cards my girls made!! Super cute huh??? Mine is tucked in there as well..I used the Edwin with a balloon and in its place I put a bat! My dad doesn't usually carry around balloons but has been known to swing a bat around...( yes only when he is playing baseball).....I love that background paper it is so manly!! You know me... man stuff ... is hard for me!! I did have to make the bat a bit longer so I pieced 2 together and I think it worked out ok...The bat and the cap are from Whipper Snapper..so cute.....Thats it for my Dear old Dad...I Have Ashleigh's birthday card coming up tom...well the invite to her Birthday!!! a little fisherman!

How totally adorable is this little guy! This is the card Michelle made for our Dad....He kinda looks like this with all his fishing gear on...Hee Hee...As usual Michelle adds in the little details to make this card extra special. The brads in the corners to the versamark fishies in the background paper....I hope you can see the bits of glitter pen around this fisherman! I think it is fisherman dust...maybe it brings the fish to the man!! We want to wish everyone a Happy New Year....Thanks for stopping by!

The "Mans" birthday cards!!

Well it must be disappointing for my dad to have opened his presents this year..I don't think that he really thought we would plan another trip to Disneyland and I really think that he loved the speakers that he got! But it must be a bummer not to have plans to go away!! I don't think Kathy will go to long with out a vacation!! My dad is however looking forward to a couple of surgeries coming up in the beginning out the year!! That will be so good for him and...of course will give us a chance to make some get well soon cards!!! Is it wrong to think that way?? I am going to turn over a new leaf next year sooo...I will be posting Kathy's card first!!! See change can happen!! These are both made by Kathy...Of course the deer is Hers to her wonderful Hubby and she made the other for my brother and family to give Dad.... Kathy got a fistfull of copics for Xmas and she is putting them to good use!!! Love to coloring of the deer!

a trio of goodies!

Good things can come in threes! Here are a few cards that were quick and easy but totally cute! It is my dads birthday today and I can wait to show you the cards we made!! I happen to LOVE my...big surprise right??!! I will post them tomorrow. I am really excited to start the New Year...this year has been one of those years..not bad but not one of my faves...that doesn't include anything that has to do with my hubby and girls..Maybe I am just having a bbblllaaahh year! So I say on to the next!!

I am cleaning the bunnies out! Well I am trying to get the Christmas decks away and bring some normal back to my house...well... normal might be reaching!! We are far from that! Hee Hee!! So this kinda looks like me today!! Surrounded with dust bunnies!!

Just relax..

It is almost over...right?? We have I more Xmas dinner and then we are done!! I just am going to curl up with a cup of tea and play on my computer...My idea of a relaxing time!! MERRY CHRISTMAS! I hope you all have a wonderful day! I hope Santa has brought you and all yours everything they wanted!! I am off to spend the evening with 37 ( or so) of my closest family members! Kathy is having the family dinner this year and I can't wait! I thought this card is the prefect CELEBRATE card!! Kathy gave this to a wonderful family friend for her birthday...so I have waited to post it but is is worth the wait don't ya think?? Have a great Christmas day!
