Christening cards

Well I told you how nice our day was yesterday...Here are the pics of the cards!!! 

 Kathy made the soft sky card with the butterflies on it...so soft and it is hard to tell but she has embossed the word ...it is a wonderful card! 

She also made the dark blue card with the cross on it. It is from our sister in law and brother... 

I made the one with the sail boat.I did copy it from scs bit I did add all the details that the original one had...It was 16 layers of paper....yikes it was a heavy card!!!

Great day today!!

We all had so much fun today....Thank you to Michelle and Nick for a great afternoon and a beautiful night!!! It was a nice Christening ...well done and Quick to boot!!! NO Just kidding It was lovely and just as long as it should be!!!! My baby Ryan was such a good boy and sooo happy for the whole thing!! Here are some cards Kathy made as some thank you's for those who made a donation to the Kidney Foundation..For my Papa....and my Dad put together a cd of pics (that is what he does...see my fave blogs on the side....) for all the sisters of my Grandfather...I know they will love it and hey it is a cute cover as well!!! His last name was Fagan.....so you get the F on the cover!!!

Friends Engagement...

We have some friends that got engaged on Monday night.....So Happy for them.....This is the card I made for it....I didn't know her well so I thought neutral for the card.....It was great she loved it!!! And really that is all that matters!! That and the ring!!!

We're back!!

Ok so I went camping with Michelle, her family and my girls...my hubby is more of the 4 * hotel kind of guy so he opted out of this adventure..Michelle and co came for 2 nights and we stayed on for a couple more!! Brave huh??!! 

We had a great time at the lake and we will do it all again next year!! 

Ok so I learned how to blog on a schedule and it worked like magic. You didn't even know we were gone did you!! I promised Michelle's Christening card and here it is...She used Velum over a cross and the embossed the words.. so nice...no wait just plain beautiful!! Here is a pic of the trees outside our tent door!!
