Ok this was a Mothers Day card for Kathy ... but in my defence.... okI have been lazy!!! I loved doing this card for her... She is an amazing Mom!!

Yep that is what happens when the sun is out...I skip some days of blogging...cause I am out in my pool! We had a great family birthday last night for my sis in law..so I have pics to show of! but first I have to show you this totally perfect card for Kathy! I am not sure what this one was for ...It got lost in all my pics!

This card I made for my sister in law to give to Kathy.... Cute huh? I think that was the first time I have used this background and I am so glad I bought it! : ( it is not as beautiful as we hoped upi here in Whistler but...it is still a nice little holiday!

Mother's day

I had to do it...yes I did...I had to post this card and yes we are already making Mothers Day cards...scary right?? I had to post it because I love that Kathy daubbed the flowers ...It gives them so much texture. I will be showing a whole lot more Mothers Day soon but I will hold off for a bit longer.... you're welcome! We got our Sugar Plum set in so I think I will get to work on them as well! yep I wish we had a scent for this card because it would be sooo sweet! This is my kind of card...so clean and really it says whatever you need it to...I have to tell Michelle that I love the coloring on this... we all know she loves to hear how great her cards are but I was waiting to gush about this one...I thought I would do it publicly!! I was thinking a bit French last night! I just love this paper..and that was the last of the 1 sheet I had...so sad right. I am off to the store to get inspired...ok and maybe to buy some more papers! I have a birthday card for a 1 year old boy ( cousin ) well we all will be making one for him so I will post them all...We have my sisters birthday coming up...yes Michelle's so they have to be totally wonderful! So many cards so much fun making them!

my mother in law...

Every time I make a "shoe" card I think about my Mother in Law...She loves shoes....I think she has a billion pair...you might think I am kidding...but no! I knew when I bought this set it would be her favorite set I have. I like it as well, and I just love making cards out of them. Here are a few of my newest shoe cards to add to her collection. it is raining again!

Oh baby!! I think it has been raining for weeks...no really I think it has!! So I decided ...or rather Kathy decided to use this watering can for something else! So I have a set of 8 cards...from the wild rose set from Stampin' Up....I feel like I want to show you...I know what you are thinking...but I will not bore you for 8 days with only one card a day!! Oh Kathy and her copics are at it again! It just makes all the difference in our cards...and I can't remember if I told you but....WE GOT COPICS TOO!!! Yep Michelle and I are doing well with the COPICS...We got a set of the Ciaos ....72 of them thank you very much!!! OOOHHH yes we love our hubbies who saw how terribly sad we were and well I guess we pouted enough.....I have been playing alot...did you notice on my Anya Xmas card?? Yep Copics!!! I don't know how I have been making cards so long with out them...My next project is to work on the next set for my Christmas present!!! Thanks for looking!!!
