Grad...

This month is Grad Month here in Vancouver! Even though we are far from that in our Family I thought I should make a couple of cards ....OK... OK.... you know I also got cute new stamps that I had to make that looked good as a Grad card!! Hee Hee I just had to! What do you think?? I did paper piece the blue bodice of her dress...

New stamps...OH Ya!

Ok so I think by now you have the idea that I got lots of new sets!! CTMH just loved our order!! My girls are getting older and the princess stuff is not really their style anymore!! I fell in love with these Ms. girls and bought them all up! On of Hailey's teachers is a gardener and will love this set for a teacher thank you gift....

Oh Baby!

One of the dance teachers is having a baby this month...It is her second so she is all set ...this reminds me of her! She will be missed if she she doesn't come back to teach! The girls love her!

This is my theme song this week!

I have been spending money like crazy this week...so much going on I "have" to! I know you know it is no hardship! I am quite fond of spending cash when I have it! We had Mikes birthday Hailey's  friend b bay is this week , her party with family is next and I had my nephew's on Sun...Notice I have left Fathers Day off...I can't even think about it yet! I did make this card I thought it was appropriate for this month!

Kathy's birthday thank you card

Wow ...Kathy send these cards out to thank everyone who came to her party...We did have a great time and it was so nice to see the family and Friends..Kathy what a nice way to not only remind everyone of a great night but to thank them for celebrating with you and your family....It is hard to get all the dimensions by looking at the pic but look close the vellum has been embossed and cut out for shape.  The rose is in a sparkly paper as well as being embossed in white...so wonderful....Ps.... Thank you Kathy for keeping with our color theme!!!

2nd post for today....

I have finished the teacher sets...If anyone is interested please let me know ASAP!!!  It is a set of 6 with envelopes and gift bag for $12.00...Great deal for a present they will use!! 

I have 6 dresses...

I have made these dresses and I totally cased them from a blog on SCS if you know who's it is please let me know and I will give them credit because I took the template a while ago and didn't know I when I would use it!! But here you go I have made 6 dresses and I love all of them. They will be for my girls dancing teachers and I will of course give them something else but I thought they would love something pretty....here are two..I know she would want me to pass it on so if you want it let me know!!

good things come in threes...

I wanted to make a girly card and a boyish card and use the same layout...I did flip it and I think it is and easy but fun card for that little one in your life!! The cars are now one of my faves...they are so simple but they say all boy! Thanks for looking! Have a great day... It is hot and sunny here!

 

for the birds?

So as you know we have been dabbling in the clear sets..I know change is hard but I think we are doing really well adjusting! You would be proud. I have some new sets from CTMH I will be breaking in asap! Look for them!For now I'll show off my "old" ones...they are sooo last month! These little birds have to option to have some really fun tails...I think the colors really work...Thanks for looking!

Wishing and get well...

I had to use this DP...I love it and I , unlike Michelle,  I will use my DPs ...You know you don't.... I fell in love with the chocolate and wanted to make a couple fun cards that showed it off.....I think the band aid is cute. I got it at Michaels...cute and $1.50. you can't get better than that! 

Mike's Birthday

It is Mike's birthday on the 7th but we are going to celebrate it when we celebrate Hailey's...But he will get the card I made for him on the 7th ...I tried to do the birthday cake pop up card that is all over SCS but I don't have the big shot and so I had to be happy with the card being 3d the whole time. My hubby is a really good man and a fab Dad..We love him so much and I think he will love this...He will know the time and effort the girls and I put in...He appreciates a good card...or in this case a good cake!! Have you tried this...

very fishy

My my I have been busy...we all have....Michelle has been working on fathers day cards like a mad woman and has taken to running daily ( yes in this heat)...Kathy is in New york....yes she is away again....and yes we are bitter.....yes we are having my Dad over for dinner a lot while she is away!!! I just finished with the girls dance recital...I am sooooo PROUD of both of them!!! They worked hard and loved every minute! We loved it as well! and with all that I have made some really cute cards...or so I think! This is for my Dad for Fathers day. He is a fisherman and hunter but I wanted it to be a bit whimsical and fun for him. I did a gel card I saw the tech on SCS....I think it is going to be a hit! What do you think ...have you tried to do this..I didn't have all the required materials so I used a clear envelope to hold the gel. It has held up just great!

Evan's birthday...

we made the invites for our nephews birthday for his buddies...We got the idea from SCS and it seems so perfect because he is having a pet store come to his house and show the kids ( 4 & 5 year olds) all sorts of bugs and animals.....I will be far far away cause I am creeped out just thinking about it...That is why I have girls and we have " glam " parties!!! However, I know it will be fun for all and it starts as soon as they get those invites....see I told you I have great things to show you!!! Yes.... there is more coming tomorrow!! 

Hawaiian birthday

My oldest daughter had a Hawaiian birthday to go to last week...this is what I made her to give a gift card in...I think it is perfect for an eleven year old!! What do you think?  I got the flower stamps when I was in Hawaii last time we when and the Honu I got the first time we went...I haven't used them much but wow I was glad I had them for this.
