I have been dying... just dying... to order to from Flourishes ... YES!!! I GOT THE COOLEST STUFF!! Nasturtiums was the first one I picked... I have had my eye on that one for EVER!!! What are your faves from Flourishes? I am dying to know what you love!!

I know this might be cheating a bit but I had to buy this strip of grape vines...I loved it! As you might know I do like a nice glass of wine.. or 2... Haha!! I had a chance to go to Napa this year with my hubby ( and about 30 other work people) and it was fab.. more that fab!! I loved it and if I hadn't already been in like with Wine I would have been when I got back!! Thanks for looking... Have a great day!

faux tiles

My first attempt at Faux Tiles.... and used CE on all of them ( Don't think it shows up as well in this photo). I also had to mask which I am not the best at...and don't even ask about the brayer...Not really my thing... However I love this card... the good, the bad and the ugly parts of it all! I am not the most patient crafter but I left the CE to dry like a good girl! I would do the Faux tiles again but I think I will try without the gloss next time....Thanks for looking!

a little bobble

Ok I freaked when I saw this wonderful card Kathy made for her grand daughter..holy smokes is it beautiful and then to have it topped with the coolest charm ever...!!! The pic is really not clear enough to get a close up but I will try to fix it and add it....This is also the darling little set Kathy got from our local store...a circle stamp in the middle of another circle...cute, cute, cute!

Hello...can it be cuter than this?? I don't think so..We got some Lily of the Valley stamps last week and this is Michelle's for my big girl...at thirteen she needed this beauty!! A bit of glitz and sparkle and you have a awesome card!!

How cute are these little stamps?? I have started using watercolors again... it is kinda like riding a bike... a bit shaky at first but smooth sailing as soon as you remember how to did it!!! Black magic.

So I am trying black magic for my Dads card....This is part of it..I think it looks cool ...I wish my gel pen wasn't all dried up cause it would look brighter ( the white parts) anyway..so far sooooo good! Thanks for looking!

I am officially done with christmas...and I have moved on to my dads birthday!! He will be happy about that!!! I am totally ready to take down all my decorations and get back to normal! So that means after a few manly cards ( my dads b day cards ) we will be moving on to ... yep you guessed it Valentines Day...No joke I saw aisles of pink and red at the stores already....No rest for the wicked I guess!! Ho ho ho

santa is coming...but a couple weeks ago he arrived in the shape of this totally wonderful card by Michelle! She copic...ed ( sp ) the image then used double sided tape over it with a ton of glitter!! Yikes is that a great technique and it just makes the image so soft and pretty...oh ya so sparkly too! This is the first year my girls didn't go to Santa...I have to say I was really sad...they are getting so big and yes I gave them a mine of their own ( No I don't know why I did that ..It seemed like a good thing to do ..at the time) and now I just hope Santa comes to our house....
