Looks like the sun will try to come out tomorrow!! ( now put that to the music..) I however felt lik e I needed this card this week...Not feeling so hot..but getting better everyday!! Off to see the Canada Day Parade....tomorrow! Have a good night!!

Yes... as Michelle was making this she was giving us the back story! It is meant for a couple who is going away to get married and of course has invited the card giver to join them .... of course you being the guest would have to have a wonderful card to give the happy couple! So a couple of days ago my neighbours were having a sprinkler system installed in their front yard. One of the workmen was chest high in a hole in the middle of the front garden...the next day he was on the other side of their walkway in a hole to his belly! Yes belly!!! OMG this seems like a lot of work for a small front yard....however it inspired this card so I think it is all worth the trouble!! Thanks for looking! Have a great day!

its raining again

I am so done with the "Spring" rains... I need some sun ...please! Now if I looked this cute in the rain then maybe ..just maybe..I wouldn't care as much! I do love the Sugar Plums and I can't get enough of them! It was a fluke that those SU words work so perfectly with the rain drops! AHHH things are coming together! yep I wish we had a scent for this card because it would be sooo sweet! This is my kind of card...so clean and really it says whatever you need it to...I have to tell Michelle that I love the coloring on this... we all know she loves to hear how great her cards are but I was waiting to gush about this one...I thought I would do it publicly!! Yes the weather has been so super fantastic here...I mean we are breaking records for our warm sunny weather....I think we all might be inspired to eat ...yep you guessed it...ICECREAM!!! This is my new tea cup from Magnolia..I love it...however I need a sideways sitting girl/boy for it cause the straight on look hides the cup! Help! This works though don't ya think? I was thinking a bit French last night! I just love this paper..and that was the last of the 1 sheet I had...so sad right. I am off to the store to get inspired...ok and maybe to buy some more papers! I have a birthday card for a 1 year old boy ( cousin ) well we all will be making one for him so I will post them all...We have my sisters birthday coming up...yes Michelle's so they have to be totally wonderful! So many cards so much fun making them!

I am obsessed..

with apples... or maybe the girl holding on to them..I can't get enough... My youngest daughter wanted me not to use pink and she said bright...so this is it!!! I have till tom to make the birthday card for my eldest and still don't know what to do...I have tonight to get it together....Keep your fingers crossed for me..please!!! Yep here we are!! Kathy, Michelle and I ....Ha ha! I dont know who would be which animal (did that make sense?)..... but I like this because it is just like us...we stick together and we are close....ok maybe not right this second ....they did desert me to have a bit of fun in the land of Disney...but usually we are close!! In fact I don't think there has been a day that I haven't called Kathy...yep you guessed it I have free long distance...and it is a good think I think our last convo lasted 30 mins....Yikes! Well I am feeling really creative tonight so I will be up late making cards I just know it!!

comfy couch?

Do you have a comfy couch? You know the one you want to curl up on when you get sick or if you are feeling like you need a bit of alone time with a really good book. I think this little guy has the right idea. Hope you have a comfy day!

Over the next few days..

I have some really cute " retro " cards Kathy has done....Totally cute and very inspiring...I have to tell you ..Kathy and Michelle just LOVE these sets from the Cats Pajamas but I just didn't get it...not really getting how I would use them...Well I am so sad I didn't go with the flow...Those ladies have a great sense of what will be great!! It works for them...wait till you see Michelle's!!! For now the super cute cat card!!
