a cowboy in a prickly place!

So if you have been following us you will know that this guy pops up every so often! Who doesn't like a cowboy card? Add a few cacti (sp) and we have a super duper little boy card! We have Nathan's 2nd birthday coming up mid Nov and Michelle has some sneak peeks for us! I will post them as soon as she shares!

a frosty group...

Not these guys though! They will melt your heart! Now if you haven't noticed I have a great fondness for this background paper...I Love it!! It is really wet and windy today and it it perfect weather for the ghosts and goblins! I think they call it blistery! wild wild wild!

4 sets of wild roses...

So I have a set of 8 cards...from the wild rose set from Stampin' Up....I feel like I want to show you...I know what you are thinking...but I will not bore you for 8 days with only one card a day!! I am going to do it over 2 days!!! I hope you will stick with me....I have a few "go to" sets and this is definitely one of them....I would love to know what your "go to" sets are?? cozy home...

Kathy made this card for her sister...her friend was moving to a new home and this is just a perfect card for her to give!! I love this house ...October Afternoon is the company and it is a really great set! Kathy has paper pieced it and I love the background paper it reminds me of a brocade fabric or even maybe a wallpaper (you know the kind that would be in the bathroom at your parents house when you grew up)....ya thats the one!! No I am kidding I really do love it! Thanks and have a great day....OOOHHH I have a few new stamps coming...I am hoping they arrive tomorrow!! I am ssssoooo excited!!

snow ball effect

do you ever think about the snow ball effect?? I totally do! Just as soon as 1 person does or says something everyone else follows....weird huh?? Just as we think how different we are from every one we know...bam ..you get hit in the face with a snow ball!! Ha Ha!! That can be a good thing as well...if she is doing it I should too!! Well I want to thank you all for giving me the snowball effect... Christmas cards are being ordered buy the dozs...Thank goodness for that little white ball to the face!! Today I want to thank Linda who has been a great customer and now will have her sister totally green when she sees here totally adorable cards!! Here is one of the cards she got!!

Yep here we are!! Kathy, Michelle and I ....Ha ha! I dont know who would be which animal (did that make sense?)..... but I like this because it is just like us...we stick together and we are close....ok maybe not right this second ....they did desert me to have a bit of fun in the land of Disney...but usually we are close!! In fact I don't think there has been a day that I haven't called Kathy...yep you guessed it I have free long distance...and it is a good think I think our last convo lasted 30 mins....Yikes! Well I am feeling really creative tonight so I will be up late making cards I just know it!!

Cute as a bug

She is cute as a bug...I have so much fun coloring this little girl!! I think she reminds me of my little girls! They grow up so fast! Yes I am one of those....wanting my girls to stay put...no growing no getting smarter...just hoping they will stay little and with me forever....I know it will never happen...but a girl can dream right!!....Have a super day!!

the right tools

You need the right tools for the job! You might have to say I love you or thanks for the help!! I love these tools they say so much and I find that they say thing that some ( men ) people might not be able to express!! I am missing the girls...they are still in Disneyland and I think today is the day that they get to go trick or treating in California land...I can't wait for the pictures!!!

Santa's belt

I really think that this card looks like Santa's belt! It was one of those cards that I really didn't know how it would turn out. I love it when it all comes together!!! The weather has changed here and it is getting chilly and wet! I love fall...the cozy sweater, the scarves, the changing colors on the trees!!

woodland fairy

I think this little one should be under a mushroom or sitting on the moss at the base of a tree in the forest....What do you think?? I need to order some more of these pixies....I just love them! Dreams

Aren't these totally cute...I love these sets..Horray for Whipper Snapper! Well Kathy and Michelle are in Disneyland and I am sooo sure they are missing me like crazy! Yep... I just don't think they are having any fun with out me at all! Thanks for stopping by!!

I wish I knew...

Soo there is a whole lot of things I wish I knew....I wish I knew what I will buy my Hubby for Christmas. I wish I knew what will happen in the TV show I am going to miss tomorrow night....ya I have no pvr....sad right? I guess I could list a few hundred things I want to know....but today there is only one thing I really need to know...and that is.... what the heck this saying.... says....I think it is Japanese? Ummm I think!!! I stamped it thinking it might say "thank you" or "happy birthday" but down deep I know it might say "I'm breaking up with you" or "I'm glad you slipped"!!! I guess we will never know. Have a "great day"....or.....maybe "whatever"!!

on thin ice..

Ok... I have said this to my girls ...hasn't everyone? I think it is really the other way around ..I usually am the one who is slipping and sliding around! This card however is not on thin ice! How totally cute right? It is the 3rd of the set. I just love these elves! I don't know if you have noticed the designer paper that Kathy has been using but it is adorable! Have a great day!
